Prototype Machined Parts

Here at IMS we pride ourselves on having short lead times to complete your machined parts. We work closely with our material and tool providers to shorten our lead times. We utilize a shop floor flow software that allows us to see, in real time, where each job is in the shop.

We produce high quality Machined parts by utilizing our CNC Mills and lathes as well as Wire EDM and EDM hole drillers.

We have an engineer on sight to help with any prototype questions you may have regarding the drawing/machining process.

Prototype lead times vary from two to four weeks or less if a part is needed in an emergency.
