We want to make your parts meet your tolerances and requirements so Quality Control is very important to us and our processes. In the world of prototype and custom manufactured parts, few companies can match our quality control measures.

First, we evaluate your files for the process. Are the files in STP, IGES, DWG or DXF format?   We can provide the CAD design services as well to help make your concept a reality.

Secondly, we ensure that each piece of equipment we use is calibrated to its original specifications.  We have state of the art QC equipment and offer a broad range of QC capabilities.

Third, we inspect all parts to ensure that they are within standards as specified by furnished drawings and files.

Our quality standards then feed into our packaging and shipping operation to ensure your valuable parts are handled with the necessary care and packaged to protect them the best way possible.
Once your parts have been produced and inspected, will be carefully packaged so that you will have them on time and in the condition you have grown to expect from IMS. Our goal is to follow up with our customer after delivery to make certain that your parts meet your expectations and arrived in a satisfactory fashion.
